The Industrial town wraps 12,000 acres of land will be a work zone, which will have all business and industrial units. With work life balance and walk to work concept in mind. We have allotted 500 acres as non-processing zone that are meant for residential purpose. KPIL SEZ / DTA offers residents a pleasant environment and the much needed peace and calm at the end of a hard day’s work. |
The Special Economic Zone has been designed to provide manufacturing units, storage units, water affluent plants, drainage pipes for effective waste disposal, robust telecom, electrical cabling, sewerage treatment plants, 1 million gallons of water supply every day and gas pipelines from the KG basin to address the needs of gas based industries.
